Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong closing ability to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and deal conversion. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional with 3–4+ years of experience who is confident managing the full sales cycle and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in business development, or closing roles.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
