Business Development Manager (VN/KH)

12Go is the leading multimodal OTA in the industry, founded in 2012 and offering train, flight, bus, ferry tickets, transfers,  and other travel products on its 2 domains: 12go.asia and 12go.co. We are working in 70+ countries, and our service has been used by millions of travelers worldwide. We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Vietnam region.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or data analysis
  • Online travel background (GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, bus/ferry companies, TMS etc.)
  • Strategic business-oriented thinking based on data
  • Our tech stack: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Analytics, Google Docs. Previous experience would be a plus
  • Ability to make things happen and proactivity: close the agreements, find growth points, find solutions to increase sales and more
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of competitors and the market of travel, ground transportation in Vietnam would be a plus
  • Ability to travel within the region
  • Previous remote work experience would be a plus
  • Travel experience in the Vietnam region would be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Finding growth points to increase sales in the Vietnam region
  • Outreach and maintenance of the transport operators/sellers
  • Analyze data and make decisions based on it
  • Work with 12Go content: make it more comprehensive to increase conversions
  • Coordinate between the inventory team and operators to manage inventory effectively
  • Recognize pertinent customer concerns and escalate them as necessary
  • Guarantee the marketability of our supply across our platforms
  • Support and accounting assistance in case required
