Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Eneco, Blink Charging, and Volvo Belux among other innovative brands.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Electrical Contractor Team.

Requirements

What we want in your first 6 months at Ohme:

  • Build account plans for the top prospects in your channel
  • Drive sales and increase market share within your channel by hitting targets
  • Tell our story: Be an Ohme brand ambassador at relevant trade and industry events for your channel
  • Contribute to product development by relaying feedback from prospects and customers and be on aware of competitive offerings in your channel

Experiences that are desirable:

  • Proven Business Development experience, ideally within electrical contractors or wholesale
  • Communication skills: Be able to clearly articulate complex messages to both informed and uniformed customers. Excellent written and verbal communication a must.
  • Business development skills: Successful track record working in a B2B environment, anticipating customer needs and ensuring a robust commercial sales process.
  • Tech experience: Experience with working with technology products, whether SaaS or a physical product. Demonstrate an ability to speak about technology in plain English
  • Productivity tools: Experience and / or appreciation for working with productivity tools like Slack, Trello and Odoo. Strong discipline to encourage sales teams to use CRM tools and be consistent with messages across partners.
