Responsibilities:

– Market Expansion:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 space within Korea and China.

– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

– Partnership Development:

– Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including blockchain projects, investors, and technology partners.

– Negotiate and close business deals that align with our strategic goals.

– Client Relations:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Korea and China.

– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

– Sales Strategy:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

– Project Management:

– Oversee the implementation of business development projects from inception to completion.

– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.

Requirements

– Language Skills:

– Fluency in both Korean and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.

– Proficiency in English is a plus.

– Experience:

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain industry.

– Proven track record of successfully developing and closing business deals.

– Skills:

– Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
