This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, working USA hours. The salary for this position is R25,000 per month, excluding commission.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to secure new clients for healthcare packages.
- Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns, to generate leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with private hospitals, care homes, and healthcare organisations.
- Present and pitch healthcare package solutions to decision-makers.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on progress, including lead generation and contract acquisition.
- Stay informed about healthcare trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and managing client data.
- Willingness to work USA hours to accommodate client schedules.
- Reliable internet connection and own laptop.
