Key Responsibilities
- Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for lead generation and pipeline building.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, warm calling, and email campaigns to engage prospective clients.
- Set up and lead BD sales meetings to secure job descriptions and partnership agreements.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base across international markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to align BD initiatives with overall business goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development within banking or financial recruitment, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
- Experience in finance or professional services sectors is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results without micromanagement.
- International BD experience highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a down-to-earth, professional approach.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop for remote work.
