Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Eneco, Blink Charging, and Volvo Belux among other innovative brands.

We are looking for a Business development Manager reporting into the Benelux Country Manager to join our team in Netherlands.

Requirements

In this role, you will support our Partner based route-to-market. You will support the Sales Team in expanding our footprint In the Benelux and growing our installer network. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customers and wants to be part of disrupting the energy and mobility sectors with technology.

What we want in your first 12 months at Ohme:

  • Source and build strong relationships with our install partners so they become Ohme advocates.
  • Create your portfolio of distribution partners, including installers, wholesalers and car retailers.
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone and email related to sales enquiries.
  • Always offer 10/10 customer service. Uphold the Ohme team values and ensure our customers feel valued.
  • Work closely on a remote basis with the wider sales team and customer support team to ensure all data is captured in the CRM platform.
  • Continuously improve and develop the efficiency of your own processes. Always analyse your numbers and targets and be creative on how you can continuously improve your performance.

  • Bi-lingual: You can communicate fluently In English & Dutch or French (preferably both)
  • This is a Remote role with some occasional travel to our London office

Experiences that are desirable:

  • Previous experience in a sales role. Demonstrate an ability to reach out to people and clearly articulate how our proposition can help the customer.
  • Show a keenness to retain and learn more about this industry.
  • If you have working knowledge of productivity tools like Slack, Jira and Odoo it would be an advantage. Strong discipline to use CRM tools and be consistent with messages across partners.
  • Passion: Interest and/or experience in sustainable solutions and/or the EV industry.
