Business Development Manager

Novel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (full-remote) to drive growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics in these markets. This role involves building lasting client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s growth in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients across Europe through various outreach channels;
  • Client Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their unique needs;
  • Market Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our services and articulate their value propositions to potential clients;
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase our solutions and their benefits;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process;
  • Work with internal teams to close deals, including creating proposals, negotiating terms, and handling client inquiries;
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;
  • 3+ years of experience in New Client Acquisition, Business Development, or B2B sales, ideally within IT Services or Staffing/Consulting industries;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales platforms;
  • Familiarity with business practices and cultural nuances in either country;
  • Self-driven and able to operate autonomously;
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time;
  • Must be authorized to work in the EU without sponsorship.
