Business Development Intern for Remote-Focused Recruitment Agency

Remotivate is a prominent remote-focused recruitment agency committed to connecting online businesses with outstanding executive talent. As part of our innovative approach, we are seeking a few Business Development Interns (BDI) to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in our outreach and candidate placement program. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating small presentation videos showcasing top candidates and sending them to companies actively seeking remote leadership talent. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to present these candidates during follow-up calls with interested clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Record concise and engaging presentation videos for potential clients.
  • Send presentation videos to companies expressing interest in executive talent.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with interested companies.
  • Present 5-10 top candidates during scheduled calls, demonstrating their qualifications and potential fit for the client’s needs.
  • Receive comprehensive training on how to effectively present candidates during calls.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with competitive compensation ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 per month, based on successful placements.
