About Us:

We are a fast-growing UK-based outsourcing company providing high-quality administrative and back-office services to UK and US clients through our global teams in India, the Philippines, and South Africa. As part of our expansion strategy, we are now building a dedicated sales team in South Africa to sell our outsourcing services – including customer service, administrative support, and business process outsourcing – to clients in the UK and beyond.

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Business Development Executives with a proven track record in B2B sales, who are confident, articulate, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, international environment. Your role will focus on selling our outsourced services to UK and US businesses, identifying leads, engaging decision-makers, and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target UK and US businesses that may benefit from outsourced admin, customer service, or back-office support
  • Conduct cold outreach, follow-up emails, and calls to book meetings and demos
  • Understand client needs and match them to appropriate solutions within our global service offerings
  • Present our value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including monthly sales targets, outreach metrics, and client acquisition goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor insights

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably B2B)
  • Previous experience selling professional services or working in outsourcing/recruitment industries is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
  • Strong understanding of UK/Western business culture
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools, email automation, and online meeting platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: R25 000 – R28 000
