Brand Strategist and Art Director for a US based company (remote)

Our client, , is seeking a talented and experienced Brand Strategist and Art Director to join their team. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company’s brand positioning and communication. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in setting the artistic direction and ensuring consistent branding across various creative projects.
Responsibilities :
• Art Direction on branding, packaging, websites, or other creative design projects
• Create project strategies, vision boards, art direction, and design concepts
• Working in designs, creating concepts, sketches, and helping designers
• Give designers feedback on designs
• Coach designers to help improve their skills and deliver projects faster
• Attend or host client meetings via Zoom calls
• Take notes during meetings for client feedback
• Ability to create and articulate client feedback videos to share with internal teams
• Communicate between designers, team, and clients
• Manage client documents
• Attend onboarding calls with new clients to get them acquainted with our process and gather information to be used by our fulfillment team
• Perform check-in calls weekly or bi-weekly with existing clients to discuss project strategies, provide project updates, mitigate risks, gather dependencies from clients, take notes, and provide post-meeting recap emails to clients and internal team
• Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within one business day)
• Problem solve and manage crisis situations. Be able to keep the temperature low with problem clients, our internal team, and find a win-win situation for problems
• Coach clients through tough situations with our tactics and strategies that we emphasize
• Work in designs when needed. Not afraid to get your hands dirty on projects
• Have fun on projects and create a fun and collaborative environment for our team and clients
Requirements
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Able to Work and take client calls in U.S. Time Zones (Pacific Time Zone)
• Expert Art Director Experience
• Experience in the Brand Strategist role, building strategies and communicating between clients and internal teams
• Agency Experience, experience working in a fast-paced agency culture
• Branding Design Expert
• Packaging Design Expert
• Project Management Experience
• Team Management Experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Must Have Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription (not individually purchased software)
• Must be willing to jump into the trenches and work in designs as needed for concept direction or help on projects when needed
• Meticulous and extremely detail oriented
• Extremely organized
• Self disciplined, able to manage multiple projects without a lot of supervision
