We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.

The role

Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager in HQ, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing campaign and content strategies to elevate Love, Bonito’s brand awareness and love, increase product visibility, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing, Assortment, and Product Marketing teams to develop brand moments, compelling content angles for product launches, and effective global marketing campaign levers to ensure overall business goals are attained. This role will support the Brand Marketing Manager in coordinating and collaborating with HQ cross-functional teams to disseminate and ensure timely execution of plans.

Main Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with global Assortment, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop brand moments and effective global marketing campaign levers aligned with overall business outcomes and brand objectives.
  • Support in providing full visibility and clarity group-wide on global and local initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support in end-to-end planning and execution for campaigns, tracking progress against key milestones and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign elements seamlessly across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to execute collaborations.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.

Content Development

  • Work closely with Assortment and Product Marketing teams to develop compelling content angles for our product launches.
  • Maintain and disseminate Love, Bonito’s global content library, partnering our cross-functional teams including our Global Marketing and Country Marketing teams.
  • Partner with our Creative teams (including Studio, Graphic Design, and Copywriting) to deliver best-in-class content.
  • Support in end-to-end planning and execution for monthly content toolkits, tracking progress against key milestones and timelines.
  • Monitor content performance metrics across channels, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation and improvement.

Critical success factors & key challenges

  • Group performance: Traffic, NSBR, CR%, NC%
  • Support in management of Global Brand Marketing Budget
  • Support in campaign & content project management

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Public Relations, in a consumer or retail company.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
  • A Love, Bonito ambassador who believes in and embodies our culture and core values.
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields
