The client of Eligo Partners – an international, young and ambitious wholesale company representing worldwide well-known beauty brands, is inviting to join a dynamic and results-driven motivated Brand Development and Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
- Implement designated sales plans with precision and passion.
- Build relationships with potential clients through innovative outreach and engaging client visits.
- Maintain and strengthen business connections with current clients and partners.
- Successfully introduce our client’s brands to new markets, enhancing brand image and recognition.
- Be the face of world-renowned beauty trademarks in the Scandinavian region.
- Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate contracts with finesse.
- Track brand performance against business targets and make data-driven decisions.
- Analyze sales channels to uncover new avenues for expansion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role; beauty industry experience is a major plus!
- Courage, initiative, and a strong result-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in client negotiations is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and the local language (C1/C2 level).
- Exceptional communication skills to build diverse and effective partnerships.
- Proficient with computers and business software.
- Willing and able to travel for business trips.

Additional Info: Although this role is remote, you must reside in the country and be fluent in the local language and English.
