Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. As a Bookkeeper/Accountant at More Staffing LLC, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly and accurately.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address financial queries and resolve issues.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures in the accounting function.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to address financial queries and resolve issues.


  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline. CPA certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide valuable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
