Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations and support our growing business.

This is a full-time position and will follow US business working hours. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Track and categorize expenses.
  • Process and reconcile 50-60 vendor payments monthly.
  • Send and collect approximately 50 invoices per month.
  • Understand inventory processes to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist with reconciling inventory data as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, interacting primarily with the Accountant.
  • Strong accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, especially in the apparel and textiles industry.
