Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations and support our growing business.
This is a full-time position and will follow US business working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Track and categorize expenses.
- Process and reconcile 50-60 vendor payments monthly.
- Send and collect approximately 50 invoices per month.
- Understand inventory processes to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with reconciling inventory data as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, interacting primarily with the Accountant.
- Strong accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management, especially in the apparel and textiles industry.
