Body shop sales support
ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Body Shop Sales Support. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support in our body shop department. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and updates on their vehicle repairs.
- Coordinate with the body shop team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Prepare estimates for repairs and communicate the costs to customers.
- Offer support to the sales team in generating leads and converting them into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repairs and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including managing paperwork, invoices, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the automotive industry or body shop environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of body shop processes, repairs, and insurance claims is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
