Salary Range: $2.800 to $4.000 Usd per month

Scope of the Role 

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/Revit, with expertise in electrical or low voltage trade construction. The role requires the ability to review plans and control schematics, as well as maintain and update BIM libraries.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD/Revit software to develop electrical BIM models and drawings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate representation of electrical systems in BIM models, promoting coordination and efficiency.
• Maintain and update BIM libraries with the latest project information and standards, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other trades to resolve conflicts and optimize design.
• Assist in the creation of BIM execution plans and standards to streamline project workflows.
• Ability to explain drawings to field construction staff remotely when necessary, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in electrical BIM tasks, demonstrating proficiency and expertise.
• Proficiency in CAD/Revit software, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and applications.
• Familiarity with electrical or low voltage trade construction practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in BIM modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork and coordination.
