Billing Support VA / Invoicing VA
Remote VA is seeking a dedicated and efficient Billing Support VA / Invoicing VA to assist our team in managing and processing invoices accurately and timely. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all client billing inquiries are handled professionally, and that invoices are generated and sent punctually while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices based on client services rendered and track payments.
- Verify the accuracy of billing information by reviewing client accounts and service details.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing statements, payment status, and discrepancies.
- Update and maintain billing records in the company’s financial system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the invoicing process and resolve any billing-related issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to invoicing and collections.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Proficiency in using billing and financial software, preferably QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to resolve issues effectively.
