Bilingual Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in the construction and manufacturing industries to source, screen, and hire top talent for U.S.-based companies. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English & Spanish, as they will engage with English/Spanish-speaking candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in construction and manufacturing, including skilled trades, project managers, engineers, and laborers.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify top talent.
    • Conduct Spanish-language interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and industry-specific hiring regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

    • Proven experience in recruiting for the construction and manufacturing industries in the U.S.
    • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
    • Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and hiring practices.
    • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple job openings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for skilled trades, union roles, and labor-intensive positions.
  • Strong network in the construction and manufacturing industries.
