Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French Canadian
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Consumer Relations Representative to represent a major Canadian Brand partner. At OneTouch Direct (OTD), we do things differently. Work from the comfort of your home on highly desired schedules within operational hours of 8:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
What you will do:
- Respond to inbound consumer inquiries via phone/email
- Present accurate and beneficial resolution with the tools provided
- Document details of all calls/emails through in-house systems
- Provide a high-level of consumer care.
- Multi task using systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and French Canadian.
- Must live within a 1 hour radius of St. Catharines, ON
- Retail or customer service/call center experience an asset
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
- Must be able to Multi task
- Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
- Desktop or laptop computer (with monitor) with Windows 10 (NO Surface, Chromebook, Mac, MacBook, or iPad)
- Reliable Internet speeds and broadband connection (ethernet cord needed)
- A corded USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
- A camera (either embedded in PC or external plugged in via USB) for video conference purposes
- Power supply with surge protector
- Office furnishings necessary to perform remotely
