As a Bilingual Customer Service Happiness representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in both English and Spanish languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, answering inquiries and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and update customer records accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
