Bilingual Case Intake Coordinator (EN/ES) – (Remote, LatAm)

We’re seeking a fluent Spanish and English speaker to join our team as a Case Intake Coordinator, supporting clients involved in legal lien matters. This is a remote role ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives on responsiveness, organization, and client care. No legal background is required, though prior experience in legal, medical, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from clients regarding legal lien cases
  • Guide clients through the intake process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information collected
  • Utilize our custom case management software to track client details, update case statuses, and log communications
  • Monitor and manage assigned queues to ensure fast and efficient response times
  • Flag urgent issues to the appropriate team members and escalate when necessary
  • Conduct daily check-ins with supervisors to report progress and surface concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all client interactions

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) – essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone and email
  • Experience in administrative support, client services, or intake coordination preferred
  • Comfortable using digital tools and managing workflows in custom or cloud-based software
  • Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Based in Latin America with availability to work U.S. business hours
