What the Job Entails:

  • Bring a dose of cheer to Canyon’s customers via chat, email, or phone – you’re their go-to sunshine.
  • Infuse your love for biking into customer interactions, addressing inquiries with a smile.
  • Record and manage data changes, service requests, orders, etc., with a positive attitude.
  • Provide customers with tailor-made solutions, fueled by your infectious passion for biking.

Requirements

  • A genuine zest for biking, making you a ray of sunshine for Canyon’s customers.
  • Previous experience as a customer advisor or in customer service, or a strong eagerness for a rewarding career change.
  • Strong, preferably native-level proficiency in German and English.
  • Quick comprehension skills and a preference for autonomous work.
  • Proficient PC skills and reliability in data management.
  • Enjoyment in communication, customer interaction, and thriving in a 100% remote environment with a lively digital community.
  • A stable internet connection and a tranquil home office environment are prerequisites.
