Right now, we need a Creative Product Account Manager. This role is all about managing our clients and handling different parts of the product sourcing process, from working with manufacturers to bringing creative ideas to life.

Are you a creative thinker with a knack for client management? Are you passionate about bringing innovative product ideas to life? If so, this role is for you.

In this role, you will:

Manage client accounts and build strong relationships

Pitch product ideas to clients and provide creative input on design

Identify new product opportunities through research and sourcing

Drive sales through effective communication and strategic offerings

⏰ Working Hours: This is a full-time position and you need to have an overlap with both Asia and US time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working during CET evening hours to engage with US clients.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role within the creative industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to engage with clients, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Strong appreciation for design and a talent for coming up with creative ideas.
  • Enjoyment of sales activities and skill in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain relationships with clients and creative partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
  • Problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges as they arise.
  • Negotiation skills for managing contracts and project terms.
  • Adaptability to accommodate changing client needs and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, Airtable, and Google Workspace.

Brownie points for:

  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Experience working internationally, with an understanding of different cultural contexts.
  • Involvement in award-winning projects or campaigns showcasing creativity and design expertise.
  • Ability to retain clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in design and artificial intelligence.

The ideal candidate? You’re not just an account manager; you’re a people person with a creative streak and a knack for sales. You’re organised and can handle a busy workload, but you’re also good at solving problems and thinking on your feet.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from $2500 to $3000 
  • Initial loan of $1200 provided as a “starting budget” to set up a comfortable work environment, with $100 deducted from the loan every month worked. Employees have the opportunity to request a new investment after three years of employment.
  • 20 vacation days per year.
  • Eligibility for state holidays based on the employee’s country of registration, with a maximum of 10 days per year.
  • Flexibility to take additional leave days, including maternity and paternity leave, emergency leave, adoption leave, and long-term care leave for immediate family members.
