Your Role as a Sales Development Representative:

  • Proactive Outreach: Engage potential clients and partners through phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Seamless Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the sales teams, ensuring a smooth experience for both the team and potential clients.
  • CRM Mastery: Keep meticulous records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in a CRM system.
  • Database Management: Regularly update and review the contact database to maintain accuracy and relevancy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting—ideally within tech, SaaS, or similar high-growth industries.
  • Proven ability to handle high outbound activity (80+ calls per day) while maintaining quality conversations with prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and comfort engaging with decision-makers at startups, scale-ups, or enterprise-level companies.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools, including CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outreach automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Clear, professional communication in English (both written and spoken), with an emphasis on persuasive messaging and objection handling.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through, task prioritization, and CRM hygiene.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in fast-changing environments with a remote setup that supports uninterrupted work.
