This role is all about forging powerful B2B partnerships, boosting our inventory supply, and uncovering new revenue streams across Europe and the Americas. What You’ll Do:

  • Build Game-Changing Partnerships: Identify and develop B2B partnerships with manufacturers, brand owners, and platform owners to keep our inventory flowing and our business growing.
  • Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with our commercial, purchasing, and business expansion teams to ensure our partnerships thrive and deliver results.
  • Enhance & Expand: Qualify partnership opportunities and find ways to elevate our business through stronger collaborations and innovative ideas.
  • Strengthen Key Relationships: Deepen ties with listing platforms, tools, and software solutions to keep us ahead of the game.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Partnership Pro: Extensive experience in establishing and managing B2B relationships, particularly in the beauty industry and e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
  • Global Experience: 3 to 5 years of working with B2B relationships, especially in Europe and the Americas.
  • Business Savvy: A degree in Business or equivalent experience that gives you the edge in this role.
  • Remote Rockstar: Proven ability to work remotely across multiple functions and teams, with strong organizational skills.
