They serve 29,000+ Shopify Plus merchants with clients primarily based in the US, and expanding into Canada, the UK, and Australia. Their client base spans across Health & Wellness, Beauty & Fitness, Home & Garden, and Apparel industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to execute a refined warm outbound strategy targeting decision-makers at premium Shopify Plus brands. This role is best suited for an experienced SDR with a passion for high-touch outreach, research-based prospecting, and the D2C ecommerce space. You’ll play a key role in identifying qualified leads, crafting personalized outreach, and driving top-of-funnel pipeline for a fast-growing design & growth agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily warm outbound to 10-20 targeted D2C brands
  • Research & qualify brands based on traffic, revenue, and Shopify Plus status
  • Analyze conversion blockers using tools like PageSpeed Insights and SimilarWeb
  • Collaborate with design team to produce before/after mockups (Visily.ai)
  • Develop and send personalized multi-asset campaigns (Google Slides, HeyGen video, conversion reports)
  • Execute structured 4-email sequence over 14 days
  • Amplify outreach on LinkedIn/Instagram using social proof and case studies
  • Manage 200+ accounts monthly across CRM (Pipedrive), Clay, and other tools
  • Handoff qualified leads to closing team with full research context

Requirements

  • 2+ years SDR/BDR experience with success in complex B2B sales
  • Proven ABM experience targeting C-level/founder personas
  • Skilled in research-heavy outreach and high-touch personalization
  • Comfort using 8+ platforms daily (Pipedrive, Clay, HeyGen, Storeleads, etc.)
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and UX/UI basics
  • Excellent written communication for executive-level outreach
  • Comfortable creating video outreach content (HeyGen/Loom)
  • Familiar with Shopify Plus, ecommerce funnel challenges, and performance metrics

Nice to Haves

  • D2C ecommerce experience or design agency background
  • Familiarity with Meta ads, CRO strategies, and customer journey mapping
  • Content creation and social selling experience
  • Experience auditing websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX flaws
