  • You are excited to be responsible for automating and improving the full pre-sales B2B outbound funnel.

This full-time and remote position offers flexible working hours. However, availability is required during core hours from 9 AM to 2 PM CDT (GMT-6 winter time, GMT-5 summer time), Monday through Thursday. Outside of these core hours, you have the flexibility to manage your schedule as long as you meet deadlines and job responsibilities.

Your future tasks will include

1. Outbound Technology Stack:

  • Managing and improving tools for list building, email validation, email warming, domain reputation, and cold email software;
  • Integrating various automation tools to streamline processes.

2. Prospecting and Personalization:

  • Creating automated Clay tables for prospecting and email personalization specifically using waterfall techniques;
  • Creating enrichment processes using scraping tools;
  • Developing and implementing a LinkedIn prospecting strategy using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

3. Email Campaign Management:

  • Implementing industry best practices for automation, email deliverability, and compliance in order to meet inbox criteria and avoid spam filters;
  • A/B test email variations, monitor campaign analytics for optimal performance, and analyze responses to improve audience targeting.

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, outbound or sales automation in SaaS;
  • High standards for work, quick task execution, and a continuous learning mindset;
  • Expertise in email validation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, enrichment, and other relevant areas;
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Smartlead, Instantly, VoilaNorbert, Uplead, Seamless, Quicklines, SmartLead, Lemlist, MailShake, and Zapier;
  • Proficiency with Clay, Aplify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other cold-email tools.

It’s nice if you also have 

  • Experience in the Home Improvement industry.
