Tasks and Responsibilities

Serve as the central coordinator for projects spanning multiple branches and countries.
Manage project management and planning for automotive repair and bodywork projects.
Create and execute project plans.
Coordinate with the Back Office Team to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for repair solutions.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
Identify areas for process improvements.
Maintain oversight of projects across branches and countries.
Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies related to automotive repairs and bodywork.

Requirements

Project management experience
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Ability to work collaboratively in a team for successful project outcomes
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Willingness to travel
Proficient in both Italian and English languages
Remote problem-solving skills, adept at handling issues over the phone or via remote communication tools
Practical and effective problem-solving skills
Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, from field personnel to client management
