The Symicor Group ( (Bank Recruiting Firm) has an opening for a seasoned administrative assistant with strong writing and marketing skills. This indvidual will work primarily on a remote basis and perform the following duties:

  • Write marketing copy to share with banks throughout the nation
  • Manage the marketing calendar
  • Send reminder emails to candidates and bank clients
  • Coordiante team meetings
  • Modify job postings on our website(s)
  • Post jobs on job boards
  • Provide various administrative functions thoughout the day
  • Coordinate team virtual meetings
  • Write resumes for Symicor Group candidates
  • Send follow-up communication after interviews
  • Other duties as needed
