Assistant Administrative – Accounting Contractor FULLY REMOTE – Pakistan
ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE (CONTRACTOR) FULLY REMOTE. English
We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of an international team with a clear purpose. You’ll embody qualities such as strong organizational skills, excellent proficiency in English and a good working knowledge of spreadsheets. Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs and Sheets) would be valuable for this role.
About the role:
As Administrative Assistant, you are a highly organized and reliable individual who possesses exceptional attention to detail, is self-motivated, enjoys maintaining reporting trackers, and collaborating with international contributors and colleagues.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
· Recording of active and passive cycles
· Performing bank reconciliations
· Accounting entries for intra-EU and extra-EU purchase invoices
· Recording of asset purchase invoices and asset management
· Monthly and/or quarterly VAT settlements and communication
· Accounting entries leading up to the preparation of the financial statement and maintaining the minutes book
· Payroll management
· Warehouse accounting management
· Update weekly and monthly trackers and reports using Google Sheets.
· Engage in daily conversations with team members to align on task progress.
· Attend Zoom team calls to share progress updates.
· Update projects and tasks in our project management tool.
· Propose, document, and implement improvements to the process.
· Provide necessary support to other departments and staff as needed.
Compensation: 450 – 600 € USD / month

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Professional Experience, Skills & Education:
· Previous experience working on projects is an advantage.
· Must have Google Workspace experience, including Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
· Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics
Set-up Requirements:
· Able to work in a full-time remote position.
· Reside in Pakistan.
· Able to work as an independent contractor.
· Able to work during our core global office hours (Mon- Fri 9 am – 1 pm, 2 pm – 6 pm CET).
· Quiet home office and comfortable to work from home.
· Reliable, high-speed internet access (a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps).
· A newer computer is required (no older than 3 years).
