Appointment Setter

EMAPPLY is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join a growing Australian business in the fragrance and consumer goods industry. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Role: Appointment Setter

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1am – 9am SAST

Salary: R260,000 – R280,000 P/Y

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone or email to schedule appointments
• Manage and maintain appointment schedule for sales representatives
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
• Update and maintain customer database
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting processes
• Provide regular reports on appointment metrics and performance
• Stay up-to-date with products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other appointment scheduling tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a remote environment
