• About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter / Qualifying Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound qualification calls and outbound prospecting. You’ll need to be conversationally sharp, able to build trust, handle objections, and gather key data seamlessly. You’ll also be expected to engage in outreach via LinkedIn or similar platforms in between calls.

• Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound qualification calls and initiate outbound prospecting.

– Build trust and gather valuable information from potential clients.

– Handle objections effectively and keep conversations moving smoothly.

– Conduct outreach via LinkedIn or similar platforms between calls.

Requirements

• Must-Have Qualifications:

– Fluent in English – C1/C2 english level.

– Conversationally sharp with an ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

– Experience with objection handling and data gathering.

– Min. of 1 year of experience working with U.S.-based companies.

– Experience using LinkedIn or similar platforms for outreach.

Benefits

• Schedule and Time Zone:

– Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central Time Zones.

• Salary

– Base salary ranging from $1,000 to $1,200/month plus commissions ($200 – $300/month)

• Benefits
