Appointment Setter

Zipdev is looking for a remote appointment setter for one of our B2B clients. The client recognized each team member’s crucial role in their collective success. As Meeting Setter, you will be at the forefront of the business development efforts, opening doors to meaningful partnerships. If you’re ready to be an integral part of our ambitious

Key Responsibilities:

Please note the job will require to log-in using slack, confirm you are online to start your day and state your priorities for the day ; at the end of the day, you will have to fill in a form. Per week, you will have co-working sessions, 1:1 meetings and a team meeting.

1. Database Building: Research and build targeted databases of corporate organizations suitable for business development opportunities.

2. Outreach: Engage potential clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn to pitch our services and book meetings.

3. Schedule Management: Efficiently book and coordinate business development calls in the CEO’s diary, ensuring a smooth and organized process.

4. Follow-Up: Keep a tab on outreach progress, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize meeting setting opportunities.

5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, providing regular updates on performance metrics and outcomes

Tools: slack, calendly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs.

Monthly Targets

  • Generate 150 verified and suitable leads each month
  • Maintain a CRM system of leads and prospective clients
  • Book a minimum of 30 – 40 business development calls per month with agreed target stakeholders in corporate organisations.

Our Recruitment Process

  • 15-minute Initial Call
  • 20-minute take-home skills test
  • 30-minute Call with Recruiter (project, benefits, etc.)
  • Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include a code assessment)

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience as lead generator/appointment setter.
  • Experience in setting meetings or relevant sales/business development roles
  • Proficient in database management and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at various levels in corporate organizations
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
  • Currently living in Latin America.
  • Cold-calling experience is an advantage

  • Work remotely Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
