Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers in the Real Estate/Solar industry.
  • Present value propositions in a compelling, consumer-friendly manner.
  • Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, interest levels, and buying intent.
  • Schedule appointments for sales closers or consultants.
  • Keep accurate records of conversations and pipeline status in CRM tools.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture long-term consumer relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, especially in solar and real estate solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in as an outbound appointment setter preferred
  • Background in solar energy or real estate industries
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and consumer-facing conversations.
  • Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and dialer systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in handling rejections.
