Position Overview

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our high-performing sales team. This role focuses on setting appointments with warm leads who have shown interest in our courses. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position does not involve cold calling or lead generation but rather facilitating the sales process for our Phone Sales Representatives.

This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in Mexico.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM software and other online tools.

Responsibilities

  • Set Appointments: Schedule calls for the Phone Sales Representatives with warm leads.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage lead information in our CRM system.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on appointment setting metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • High Cognitive Skills: Ability to engage intellectually with our educated customer base, demonstrating a deep understanding of our sophisticated educational products.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, especially in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
