Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Web/App Tracking:

• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various digital sources, including web and mobile applications.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key business metrics, with a focus on web and app user behavior.

• Implement and manage web/app tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting and interpretations.

Strategy and Decision Support:

• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify business opportunities and challenges, especially those related to digital platforms.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions and business planning, with a focus on digital user experience and engagement.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the company’s analytics strategy remains forward-thinking.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, with a focus on skills development in reporting & insights along with web and app analytics tracking implementation.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

• Ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest analytics tools and techniques, particularly those related to digital tracking.

Technology and Innovation:

• Oversee the selection and implementation of analytics tools and software, with an emphasis on web and app analytics platforms.

• Drive innovation in data analysis, visualization techniques, and digital tracking methods.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a clear and actionable manner, with a specific emphasis on insights derived from web and app data.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Proven expertise in web and app tracking technologies and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven experience in managing and leading teams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in digital marketing analytics is a plus.
