Every Toniiq product is sourced and formulated in-house, maintaining a direct-to-consumer approach to eliminate unnecessary costs. With over 50 collective years of industry experience, they rely on word-of-mouth, selling over 2 million bottles in 30+ countries since 2020.

Toniiq’s team of around 25 remote individuals worldwide, with two-thirds dedicated to supply chain and operations, manages a complex network of processes due to the customised nature of Toniiq’s products. The remaining team members contribute to various areas, including finance and marketing. The marketing department focuses on data-driven strategies for platforms like Amazon.

Requirements

As an Amazon Launch Manager, the purpose is to oversee and ensure the successful launch of new products on Amazon, as well as relaunches of older products, and managing existing products to ensure they maintain and grow market share. 

Key responsibilities:

Overseeing and executing successful product launches on Amazon.

Utilizing effective and current marketing tactics to maximize success. 

Closely monitoring and analysing data to ensure the success of new product launches.

Maintaining the success of existing products. 

Collaborating with the PPC and conversion teams to guarantee a cohesive and successful approach to product launches and maintenance.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, ideally within the hours of 9-5 EST.
