About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our Amazon FBA Operation Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing inventory, analyzing performance data, optimizing PPC campaigns, and enhancing SEO strategies within an Amazon FBA environment.

This is a Full-Time Remote role.

Responsibilities: 

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast based on sales data, and organize orders and shipping to prevent stockouts.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance data and develop improvement plans for products with profit or sales issues.
  • SOP and KPI Tracking and Building: Track existing KPIs, propose new, more effective KPIs, improve processes, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • PPC Management: Analyze and optimize PPC advertising metrics.
  • SEO Management: Develop plans based on data to enhance product ranking for important keywords on Amazon.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience working for an Amazon FBA business.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in team leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and shipping to Amazon FBA.
  • Proficiency in creating and tracking SOPs and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with Excel and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Stable internet connection and a computer or laptop with at least 8GB memory, SSD hard drive, and i5 processor or equivalent.
  • Autodidact with the ability to learn independently from written or video materials in English.
