With a strong presence in the U.S. and a loyal DTC following, the brand is now focused on accelerating growth on Amazon and other retail marketplaces. Key Responsibilities

Amazon PPC Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to achieve targets
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign audits
  • Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations

Brand Management on Amazon

  • Optimize listings: titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords
  • Manage brand assets including A+ Content and Storefront pages
  • Collaborate with creatives to brief and improve content based on data
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews/questions using brand tone
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account health issues

Strategic Growth

  • Identify and execute strategies for new product launches
  • Track competitors and apply marketplace best practices
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (beauty or CPG preferred)
  • Proven success scaling DTC brands on Amazon
  • Deep knowledge of Seller Central, Brand Registry, and tools like Helium10, JungleScout, or Perpetua
  • Experience working with creative teams and using data to drive content
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments
  • Must be comfortable working PST hours

Bonus Points

  • Experience with U.S.-based beauty or skincare brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify and broader DTC strategies
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
