Amazon Assistant

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for an Amazon Assistant to join our team and play a key role in managing our Amazon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon to enhance visibility and drive sales.
  • Conduct keyword research to ensure listings are fully optimized for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and competitor trends.
  • Handle order processing, refunds, and customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Support promotional campaigns and strategies, including Amazon Ads.
  • Generate regular reports on account performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Ads and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
