We are working in over 100 countries, and our service has been used by millions of travelers worldwide. We are looking for an Airline Partnership Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Economics, Business Management, International Affairs / Relations or Law, or a similar qualification.
  • 5 years of airline industry experience, preferably with different airlines / aggregators / consolidators, and locations.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in end-to-end airline partnership management at a full-service airline, covering all constructs from basic interline through to Global Alliances.
  • Experience of other relevant functions: Distribution, Commercial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, Customer Experience and Loyalty Management.
  • Demonstrable understanding and familiarity with GDS and API-based Order Management environments, and how these interact.
  • High familiarity with decision and management support / analytics tools (commercial reporting & analysis, inventory & pricing management, reservations & ticketing).
  • Relevant industry-recognized qualifications (e.g. Airline/Aviation Management, Aviation Law, etc.) would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Thai, German or another language is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, analyzing, and developing business cases for new airline partnership opportunities.
  • Securing internal stakeholder buy-in for each partnership, including C-level.
  • Preparing, leading or supporting the negotiation process with target airline partners.
  • Ensuring contracts for each partnership are fully executed and documented.
  • Working across the business to test, implement and communicate each partnership.
  • Setting up, monitoring and analyzing KPIs for each airline partnership.
  • Organizing, conducting and following up regular performance reviews with each partner.
  • Renegotiation of partnerships depending on performance and strategic fit.
