To drive these innovations forward, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset, a proven record of accomplishments in building and productionizing ML (Machine Learning) models, and experience in prompt engineering/fine-tuning of Large Language Models.  

What are the key job responsibilities? 

  • Fine-tune LLMs for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. 
  • Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of the models to ensure robustness, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders and subject-matter experts to brainstorm ideas and improve the quality of the output. 
  • Deploy models into production. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI. 

What are we looking for? 

Minimum requirements 

  • Ph.D./Master’s in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. 
  • Understanding of large language models and transformers. 
  • Strong Python programming skills, including experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow). 
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, unit testing, and collaborative development. 

Preferred requirements  

  • Relevant publications in reputable journals and conferences, with a focus on deep learning applications. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment. 
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud, particularly SageMaker, or other model training/tracking tools for deep learning applications (MosaicML/Weights&Biases/MLFlow/etc). 
  • Experience with MLOPs.
