Affiliate Program Auditor (BIL)
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented Affiliate Program Auditor to review, analyze, and enhance our affiliate program operations within WordPress/WooCommerce. You will be responsible for auditing affiliate activities, ensuring compliance with program policies, detecting fraudulent activities, and improving program efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of affiliate accounts, transactions, and commissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify fraudulent or suspicious activities, such as self-referrals, traffic manipulation, and fake conversions.
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize program efficiency and profitability.
- Verify proper tracking of referrals, conversions, and payments within WooCommerce.
- Ensure affiliates comply with terms and conditions, marketing guidelines, and ethical practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting, automation, and fraud detection systems.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving affiliate program structure and policies.
- Generate reports on affiliate performance, fraud cases, and corrective actions taken.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, compliance auditing, or fraud prevention.
- Strong familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce affiliate plugins (e.g., AffiliateWP, Refersion, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) for auditing and reporting.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing trends, fraud tactics, and prevention strategies.
- Ability to interpret financial reports, transactions, and commission structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with affiliates and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce affiliate program management or digital marketing auditing.
- Knowledge of tracking technologies, UTM parameters, and affiliate link structures.
- Background in cybersecurity or fraud detection is a plus

- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
- Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
