Requirements
- Affiliate Partner Engagement & Nurturing: Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and content creators. Proactively provide support and education on how to effectively promote our services.
- Partner Education & Training: Regularly provide affiliates with insights and best practices for driving traffic and conversions. Develop educational resources (guides, webinars, etc.) to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track affiliate campaign performance, including traffic, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and partner engagement.
- Affiliate Program Growth: Contribute to strategies aimed at expanding the affiliate program by onboarding new partners, exploring new partnership opportunities, and identifying emerging trends. Encourage and support affiliates in consistently referring high-quality leads, helping convert them where needed.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing team to facilitate content creation and streamline the referral-to-client journey and align messaging and tools.
What Kind of Person Might See This as a Good Fit?
- Experience: 2+ years in affiliate marketing, partner management, business development, or a similar relationship-focused role.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of affiliate networks, platforms, and performance-based campaigns. Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing tools.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to analyse data and performance metrics, and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) in affiliate marketing.
- Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to educate and support affiliates in a way that drives long-term success.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of referral-based models and how to drive consistent revenue through partnerships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce), with an understanding of basic SEO and SEM principles.
- Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
