Administrative Support Specialist (Remote, Graveyard)

We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations. Your primary duties will include data entry, generating reports, presentations, and keeping systems and files up-to-date and organized.


  • Perform general admin duties, including but not limited to data entry, export, import, updating, and organizing files
  • Monitor and update project timelines
  • Set priorities and make sure deadlines are met
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors
  • Adhere to confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information
  • Provide administrative support for various departments as needed
  • Undertake other tasks as defined by management to contribute to the organization’s objectives


  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Proficient in Google /Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with a SaaS company is a plus
  • College graduate; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

  • Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Must have a computer with the latest model (preferably Core i3 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM.
  • Must be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during regular weekday working hours.
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
  • Must have a noise-canceling headset that provides good audio quality for clear communication.
