Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to assist with basic computer tasks, appointment scheduling, and professional email correspondence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable using common office software. Experience with Xactimate is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage client or staff appointments efficiently
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation
- Use Outlook and Excel to manage communications and data
- Assist with administrative functions as assigned by the supervisor
- (Preferred) Use Xactimate software for estimating and reporting, if experienced
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- (Preferred) Experience with Xactimate
- High attention to detail and time management
