Administrative Assistant for Events Agency – (US-based/Remote)

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our US-based Events Agency client. Our client specializes in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and trade shows.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Events Agency’s day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities may include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, handling administrative tasks, and providing general support to the Events team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
For this role, we need someone who can work 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in event planning or related field is a plus
- Ability to work in Pacific Time.
