Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at Liberty Music PR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our founders with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, high-level organization, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in their professional endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Fluent in Gsuite, Excel, Gmail, Monday.com, Hubspot, or other CRM systems
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available to work between 20-30 hours per week
