Responsibilities:

Be the responsive voice behind the screen. Assist clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Your clarity and patience build trust.
Decode intricate tax notices. Engage with tax agencies to resolve queries promptly. Our clients rely on your expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide essential financial reports to senior managers. Your data-driven insights guide our decisions.
Handle payroll functions seamlessly. Accuracy matters—our employees depend on it.
Review financial information quarterly and annually. Spot irregularities, propose solutions, and safeguard our fiscal health.
Manage accounts and payment schedules. Your organizational prowess ensures seamless transactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus!
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in Quickbooks is a must!
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
Willing to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time. (Graveyard shift in Philippine Time)
Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
